The Independent food critic Roopa Gulati recently placed Bokhara Brasserie in the top ten Indian restaurants in Britain, an accolade which is testimony to our dedication to authenticity and excellence.
We combine fresh ingredients with Indian spices or Mediterranean herbs to produce authentic and delicious dishes. Tandoori cuisine in particular requires very specialist training and, as our kitchen is open, discerning diners are able to watch their meals being skilfully prepared by our expert team. The making of Tandoori naan is a visual pleasure all in itself.




Bokhara, means “Warm Oven” and was the dream restaurant of proprietor Vijay Bhagotra. It is a salute to his love of the food “back home”.
Many of the dishes are taken from the North West Frontier of India and the chefs have been carefully selected and brought over to bring you a slice of the real Indian taste.
